Connect the client's CRM and show in a recurring report what happened to leads after the ads: new and won deals, payments, losses and manager results.

Fifteen sources, from general sales CRMs to systems built for stores, online schools, salons, travel agencies and learning centers. Each one connects through an app, OAuth or an account API key.
An ad account ends at the lead. After that the sales team takes over, and the client stops asking about clicks and starts asking about money: how many inquiries became deals, what the average deal was, why half the leads went nowhere. The answers live in the CRM, yet exporting them into a spreadsheet every month takes hours. Reportkey pulls totals from the client’s CRM and places them as a dedicated section of a recurring report. The document goes out as a link or PDF, and agency branding and automatic scheduled delivery come with a suitable plan (not on every plan).
Sales teams with a classic pipeline get the same core blocks: new and won deals, won amount, average deal, win rate, open deals and a source breakdown. The Bitrix24 deals report connects through an app on the portal, and the cloud edition needs an active Marketplace subscription. amoCRM deals and loss reasons arrive once you grant the integration access to the account. Megaplan, OkoCRM, EnvyCRM and Aspro.Cloud provide the same set of numbers, while Planfix supplies data from a CRM report that already exists in the account and is saved on a schedule.
The client’s sales lead wants people, not only totals. The sales by manager block shows how many deals each owner took and closed, and for what amount. The losses block groups lost deals by reason, which is a ready argument in any talk about lead quality. If the top reason is “could not reach the customer”, the problem is lead handling rather than the ads. amoCRM, OkoCRM and Planfix offer this breakdown; Megaplan manager results are based on won deals and their amount.
Stores speak in orders rather than deals. RetailCRM orders and payments show order amount, paid amount, cancellations and sources from the tags the store passes into the system. MoySklad shipments and returns keep orders, shipments, payments and returns as separate documents and add top products by profit. The report does not count an order as a sale until the system confirms payment or shipment.
Several sources in this group serve a specific industry, and their metrics follow suit:
For these clients a no-show, a trial lesson or a tuition refund means more than an abstract conversion rate, so the blocks use their vocabulary.
The CRM section shows its worth through what surrounds it. The same document can hold ad accounts with spend by campaign, website visits and goals from analytics tools and calls from call tracking. The client sees the whole chain for one period: budget, inquiries, deals and payments. One caveat: the deal source in a CRM is a field filled by people and forms, so the comparison works by period, not sale by sale.
The in-house team demo report shows a multichannel document. Terms are on the pricing page, and the other 30+ integrations are in the catalog.
