EnvyCRM report: leads, deals, and campaign tags

EnvyCRM receives leads from widgets, forms and messengers together with UTM tags. Reportkey turns that flow into client report blocks: which campaigns produced leads and first-time inquiries, how many deals opened and closed, for what amount and with which managers.

Sign up, add your EnvyCRM address and API key and pick pipelines in a project. Your first report in 5 minutes.
  • The EnvyCRM address and API key are entered once and used in every project.
  • Leads by campaign tag with first-time inquiries on a separate line.
  • Deals by pipeline and stage, amount from the chosen field, and managers.

TL;DR

EnvyCRM integration: the CRM address and an API key from its settings are entered once, the project picks pipelines and the amount field, and leads by UTM source, first inquiries, deals by stage, amount and managers go into a scheduled report next to Yandex Direct and Yandex Metrica.

EnvyCRM lead analytics for marketing

EnvyCRM grew out of a family of website widgets: callback, quizzes, live chat and capture forms. Its strength is the inbound flow. Each inquiry becomes a lead with a channel, date and UTM tags, and then a manager turns it into a deal and moves it through the pipeline. For a marketer that is a convenient checkpoint: the CRM shows not just visits from ads but how many people actually left a request. Reportkey reads leads and deals through the open API and builds recurring report blocks from them.

EnvyCRM integration: address and API key

Connecting is simple: the account domain and an API key from CRM settings. Both are entered once on the integrations page, validated and saved as a connection you can pick in any project. The key sees data within its user’s rights. If the key is reissued, the connection asks for the new one while the pipelines and amount field chosen in the project remain.

EnvyCRM UTM report: leads by source

The first block uses leads created in the period:

  • Leads — all inquiries by day, week or month.
  • First inquiries — those EnvyCRM marks as a contact’s first.
  • Tags — a split by source and campaign from lead fields.
  • Inquiry channel — call, chat, form, messenger.

Separating first inquiries from repeat ones matters: loyal customers writing to the chat again should not lower the cost per new lead in an ad report.

EnvyCRM deals and pipeline stages

The second block covers deals: new in the period, deals at each stage of the chosen pipeline right now, and closed deals by close date. Several pipelines are shown separately. Note that the API returns the current deal stage and its change time. An event log exists per deal, but a period-wide transition history cannot be pulled in bulk, so the pipeline block is a snapshot at build time.

Deal amount and average deal

In EnvyCRM the amount is not a fixed field but one of the numeric or money fields an account configures. The API response includes totals for such fields across the selection, and Reportkey uses the one chosen in the project. The block shows closed deal amount and average deal by pipeline and close period. If a manager did not update the amount after negotiation, the old value remains.

EnvyCRM leads beside Yandex Direct budgets

Tagged leads sit naturally next to Yandex Direct spend and VK Ads campaigns, showing budget and CRM leads per campaign. Yandex Metrica visits and goals fit before them. For call tracking add Callibri or Calltouch, and for payback per inquiry use Roistat.

Custom branding and AI insights per block are not on every plan. More CRMs are listed in CRM integrations, a sample document is the freelancer demo report, and terms are on the pricing page.

Use cases

Why teams connect EnvyCRM to Reportkey

Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from EnvyCRM in client reports.

Pain points
  • Website widgets collect leads with campaign tags, yet the agency report only shows conversions from Metrica.
  • Repeat inquiries from existing customers mix with new ones, making the cost per new lead look lower than it is.
  • Deal amount lives in different fields in different pipelines, and merging it by hand every month produces mistakes.
EnvyCRM
An agency that set up widgets and the CRM

Callback, quiz and chat widgets write leads into EnvyCRM with tags. The monthly report lists leads per campaign next to Yandex Direct spend and first inquiries separately, so the client sees genuinely new people.

EnvyCRM
A small service company with one pipeline

The owner gets a weekly summary: leads received, deals closed, total amount and average deal. No need to log into the CRM and count.

EnvyCRM
A manager leading a small team

The responsible-person breakdown shows new and closed deals per employee, and the week-over-week comparison reveals who is falling behind.

How to connect

Three steps to the first report

Save the EnvyCRM connection once so the same datasource can be reused across recurring client reports.
02
Choose the reporting scope
Choose the EnvyCRM account and pipelines that should supply leads, deals, and sales to the report.
03
Save the setup and generate the report
Keep the selected scope in the project and reuse the same report setup next time instead of connecting the source again.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about how the integration works in Reportkey today.

What do I need to connect EnvyCRM?
Your CRM address, which is the EnvyCRM account domain, and an API key created in CRM settings. Both are entered once on the Reportkey integrations page. The key carries the rights of the user it was created for, so pick a user who sees all relevant pipelines.
How is a lead different from a deal in EnvyCRM?
A lead is an inbound inquiry — a call, message, form or widget submission — with its tags and channel. A deal is what a manager moves through the pipeline until closing. The report therefore has two blocks, leads by source and deals by stage, and their counts need not match.
Where does the deal amount come from?
In EnvyCRM the amount is a configurable numeric or money field, named and filled differently across accounts. During project setup you choose the field, and Reportkey sums its values. It is a CRM figure, not money in the bank.
Why do some leads have no UTM tags?
Tags are saved when the website, widget or form passes them to the CRM. Calls to a non-tracked number, emails and manually created inquiries arrive without tags and show up as an untagged row, which reveals how much of the flow is not marked up.
When do new EnvyCRM leads show up in the report?
On every report build, scheduled or manual. Leads and deals are read in pages of 100 with a date filter for the period. The API returns the current deal stage and its change time, so when a manager moves a deal, the next report shows it at the new stage.
