Bitrix24 report: deals, sources, and pipelines
Reportkey reads deals from a Bitrix24 portal and turns them into a section of the client report: how many deals came in, how many were won and for how much, from which sources and in which pipelines, next to ad accounts and web analytics.
- Bitrix24 connects through an app and OAuth, with no portal password shared.
- New and won deals, won amount, average deal and win rate for the chosen pipelines.
- Breakdown by source and responsible manager with a previous-period comparison.

Bitrix24 integration: the portal admin installs the Reportkey app, the project picks the pipelines that matter, and new and won deals, won amount, sources and managers go into a scheduled report alongside Yandex Direct and Yandex Metrica.
Bitrix24 sales report for clients
For many companies Bitrix24 is where sales live: website leads, calls, emails and messenger chats land in the portal, and managers move deals through stages. The marketer or agency, meanwhile, reports from ad accounts and analytics, leaving the client to match those numbers with the portal. Reportkey closes that gap by reading portal deals through the REST API and adding a sales section to the recurring report.
The section is built around the Deal entity. From each card it takes amount and currency, pipeline, stage, source, responsible user, creation date and close date. If the portal still uses classic mode with leads, lead counts and sources can be shown as a separate line.
Connecting the portal through an app
The portal is connected with the Reportkey app: an administrator opens the link, allows CRM access and returns to the dashboard. Sign-in uses OAuth, so no Bitrix24 login or password is typed anywhere. The connection is saved on the integrations page and can be picked in any project; if access is revoked, it is flagged for re-authorisation and project settings stay intact.
Cloud portals in the .ru zone have one condition: apps and webhooks work only with an active Marketplace subscription, available on paid plans. On-premise installs and portals in other zones do not need it.
Bitrix24 CRM analytics: new and won deals
The main block shows sales by day, week or month:
- New deals — created in the period, by creation date.
- Won deals — moved to a success stage, by close date.
- Won amount and average deal — from the deal amount field.
- Win rate — the share of won deals among those closed in the period.
Stage meaning comes from the portal status directory: which stage is success, which is failure and which is intermediate. Renaming stages does not break the calculation.
Bitrix24 pipeline report
Every portal is structured differently: one pipeline for new customers, another for repeat sales, a third for tenders. Project settings let you pick the pipelines this report needs, and each one shows deals and amount currently open and deals lost in the period. This is a snapshot at build time rather than a transition history: a deal moved back a stage appears where it is now.
Deals by source
The Source field answers where the customer came from in the portal’s own terms: call, website, CRM form, advertising, referral. The source table lists new and won deals and won amount for each value. Keep in mind this is CRM data: a manager may pick the source from memory, and a form may insert a default. To tie deals to ads you need end-to-end analytics such as Roistat or call tracking from Calltouch.
Bitrix24 next to Yandex Direct
The most common setup puts sales beside advertising. The same document can include Yandex Direct spend and campaigns, Yandex Metrica visits and goals and VK Ads campaigns, plus calls from CoMagic. The client sees the path from budget to won deals on one page.
AI insights, branding and scheduled delivery are available, not on every plan. Other sales systems are listed under CRM integrations, a multi-channel example is in the demo report for a PPC agency, and terms are on the pricing page.

Why teams connect Bitrix24 to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Bitrix24 in client reports.
- The agency reports clicks and leads, while the client keeps asking how many of them became closed deals in his Bitrix24.
- Once a week the sales head exports deals from the portal to Excel and sorts them by source by hand.
- The portal has three pipelines with different stages, and nobody builds the summary the same way two months in a row.
The client grants the Reportkey app access to Bitrix24, and the monthly report shows new deals and won amount for the Advertising source right under Yandex Direct spend. The budget talk moves from cost per click to cost per sale.
Wholesale and retail run in separate portal pipelines. Both are selected in the project, and the report shows won deals and average deal size for each, so the director sees which line is growing.
A weekly email lists won deals and their amount for every responsible person, plus deals still open. The team meeting starts with numbers rather than with asking who closed what.
