amoCRM report: deals, budget, and loss reasons

Reportkey pulls deals from amoCRM and puts into the client report what marketing and sales usually argue about: how many deals ads produced, how many reached Closed - won, for what budget, and why the rest were lost.

Sign up, grant Reportkey access to your amoCRM account and pick pipelines in a project. Your first report in 5 minutes.
  • amoCRM connects over OAuth and the token refreshes automatically.
  • New and won deals, budget, average deal and win rate per pipeline.
  • Loss reasons and deal sources, including UTM fields when the account has them.

TL;DR

amoCRM integration: an account user grants Reportkey access over OAuth, the project picks pipelines, and new and won deals, budget, sources, UTM fields and loss reasons go into a recurring report next to Yandex Direct, VK Ads and Yandex Metrica.

amoCRM deals report for clients and sales heads

amoCRM is built around the pipeline: a deal starts at the first stage, a manager moves it through statuses, and it ends in one of two system statuses, Closed - won or Closed - lost. That simple model is enough to answer a client’s main questions: how many deals came in, how many were sold, for what budget, and what happened to the rest. Reportkey reads deals through API v4 and builds a recurring report section from them.

For each deal it takes the budget, pipeline, status, created and closed dates, responsible user, source, loss reason and custom field values. UTM tags written into the card by forms and widgets usually come from those custom fields.

Connecting amoCRM over OAuth

Start on the Reportkey integrations page: enter the account subdomain, sign in as an amoCRM user and approve access. A token pair then refreshes on its own, and the connection is available in all your projects. If access is switched off in amoCRM settings, the connection asks for a new sign-in while the project keeps its pipeline selection.

amoCRM sales analytics: new and won deals

The main block answers how sales are going:

  • New deals by creation date — the incoming flow per day, week or month.
  • Won deals and won amount by close date in the won status.
  • Average deal — won amount divided by the number of won deals.
  • Win rate — the share of won deals among all deals closed in the period.

Each pipeline can be viewed separately and compared with the previous period, so inbound and repeat-sales pipelines never get mixed.

Loss reasons in the report

When a deal is closed as lost, amoCRM lets the manager pick a reason from the account list: too expensive, no answer, bought elsewhere and so on. The report shows lost deals, their share and a breakdown by reason. For an agency this is an argument about traffic quality: if half of losses are no answer, the issue is response speed, not ads. Managers have to choose a reason at closing, otherwise losses land in a no-reason row.

amoCRM with Yandex Direct: sources and UTM

The source block splits new and won deals by deal source and by tags from custom fields, so next to Yandex Direct and VK Ads spend you see deals and budget per campaign. This is CRM data, not an ad platform attribution model: a tag shows which campaign produced the lead but ignores repeat visits and untagged calls. Calls can be added from Callibri or Calltouch, and full end-to-end analytics comes from Roistat.

Pipeline status

The last block is a snapshot of open work: deals and budget at each stage of the selected pipeline. It shows where deals pile up, but not their history: each deal counts at the stage it holds when the report is built.

Website visits and goals from Yandex Metrica round out the picture before the sales block. AI notes on charts and your agency logo are not on every plan. Other systems are under CRM integrations, a finished multi-channel example is the freelancer demo report, and terms are on the pricing page.

Use cases

Why teams connect amoCRM to Reportkey

Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from amoCRM in client reports.

Pain points
  • Sales calls ad leads junk, and the marketer cannot show why deals end up in Closed - lost.
  • Every month someone copies amoCRM deal budgets into the Yandex Direct spreadsheet and loses a few deals along the way.
  • Campaign tags are stored in deal fields, yet never reach the client report because nobody has time to group them by month.
amoCRM
An agency responsible for the lead flow

Website forms and chats pass UTM tags into the deal. The monthly report shows, next to campaign spend, how many deals each tag created and how many reached the won status, so the lead quality debate turns into numbers.

amoCRM
A small business selling through messengers

Every Monday the founder gets a short summary: new deals for the week, won deals and their budget, loss share and the three most frequent reasons. No need to open amoCRM and build a report by hand.

amoCRM
An integrator who rolled out amoCRM

After implementation the client wants to see how the funnel performs. The integrator sets up a project with the right pipelines, and the stage and loss report goes to the sales head on schedule.

How to connect

Three steps to the first report

Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.

01
Connect the account
Save the amoCRM connection once so the same datasource can be reused across recurring client reports.
02
Choose the reporting scope
Choose the amoCRM account and pipelines that should supply leads, deals, and sales to the report.
03
Save the setup and generate the report
Keep the selected scope in the project and reuse the same report setup next time instead of connecting the source again.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about how the integration works in Reportkey today.

What access does the amoCRM connection need?
Your account subdomain and a sign-in by an amoCRM user who approves the Reportkey integration. Authorisation is OAuth 2.0 with a refreshable token; we do not store a password. The report sees deals within that user's rights, so connect an administrator or the sales head.
Is the budget of a won deal money received?
Not necessarily. In amoCRM the budget is a deal field filled by a manager or an integration, and the won status follows your own rules: some teams set it after payment, others after signing. The report shows the budget as is and labels it won amount.
Why do only some deals have a source and UTM tags?
Source and tags come from website forms, widgets, telephony and chats configured to pass them. Deals created manually or from old forms often lack tags and appear as a separate line. UTM field names differ between accounts and are mapped during project setup.
Why do numbers differ from amoCRM's built-in analytics?
Usually because of dates and filters. New deals count by creation date, won and lost deals by close date, while built-in reports may look at the current status. Pipelines matter too: the project includes only the selected ones, and deleted deals are excluded.
When does amoCRM data update in the report?
Whenever the report is built, on schedule or manually. The amoCRM API caps requests per integration, so a large account loads in batches of up to 250 deals, which barely affects build time.
