Megaplan report: deals, managers, and stages
Reportkey reads Megaplan deals by sales scheme and shows what a B2B company cares about: how many deals opened in the period, how many ended in success and for how much, which managers closed them and where the rest of the pipeline stands.
- A Megaplan app with a token, with no login or password shared.
- New and won deals, amount and average deal for each deal scheme.
- Manager results and a source breakdown from a custom field.

Megaplan integration: a director or administrator installs the Reportkey app in the account, the project picks deal schemes, and new and won deals, amount, average deal, managers and sources from custom fields go into a recurring report next to Yandex Direct and Yandex Metrica.
Megaplan deals dashboard in a recurring report
Megaplan is popular with companies whose sales are tied to tasks and projects: equipment suppliers, service and project firms, B2B services. A deal follows a scheme, a set of stages configured per sale type, and collects tasks, invoices and documents. Reportkey takes the outcome management and marketing care about — the flow of new deals, won sales, amount and each manager’s contribution — and puts it in one report with advertising.
Data comes from API v3. For each deal it reads amount and currency, scheme, current stage and its change time, result, responsible manager, created and updated dates, payment progress and custom field values.
Megaplan integration: installing the app
The connection goes through an app. A director or account administrator installs the Reportkey app, Megaplan issues a token, and the connection appears on the integrations page. Megaplan does not support app authorisation by login and password, which is good: no password is passed anywhere. The app has the installer’s rights, so it should be installed by someone who sees all relevant deals.
Megaplan sales report: new and won deals
The new deals block counts deals created in the period and their amount by day, week or month. The won block covers deals with a positive result, dated by the stage change:
- New deals and new deal amount — the incoming flow.
- Won deals and won amount — closed with a success result.
- Average deal — won amount per deal.
- Win rate — among deals that reached a final result.
Each deal scheme is shown separately, because supply and maintenance contracts have different cycles and ticket sizes.
Megaplan sales funnel report
A separate block shows how open deals are spread across the stages of the chosen scheme: deals and amount at each step at build time. Megaplan stores the current stage and the last change time, so the report can highlight deals that have not moved for a while, but it does not draw a transition history.
Sales by manager
The responsible-person breakdown shows new deals, won deals and won amount per manager for the period. With a previous-month comparison, the sales head sees each person’s trend and the team’s workload.
Megaplan next to advertising
The inquiry source usually lives in a custom field, chosen in project settings, so deals split by its values next to Yandex Direct and VK Ads spend. Yandex Metrica goals fit well before the sales block, calls come from CoMagic or Calltouch, and Roistat links spend and revenue per deal.
An agency logo and AI insights are not on every plan. Other sales CRMs are on the CRM integrations page, an example document is the demo report, and prices are under pricing.

Why teams connect Megaplan to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Megaplan in client reports.
- A B2B director sees ads in one report and deals in Megaplan, and the link between them is explained verbally at the meeting.
- Every month someone counts by hand how many won deals each manager closed and for how much.
- Deals run through several schemes such as supply, services and maintenance contracts, and one total mixes sales that cannot be compared.
Deals last weeks and follow the Supply scheme. The monthly report shows new deals next to ad spend and, separately, how many deals were won and for what amount, without mixing in the maintenance scheme.
The client sells in Megaplan and managers record the inquiry source in a custom field. The agency adds a deals by source block, and the question of whether ads work is settled with numbers.
A weekly manager report lists new deals, won deals and won amount per responsible person, handy for meetings and bonus calculations without manual exports.
How Megaplan appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

Tiles for new deals, won deals, won amount and average deal, a weekly chart and a manager table with new and won deals and their amount.
Three steps to the first report
Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.
