AlfaCRM report: leads, trial lessons, payments
Reportkey takes leads, client cards, trial lessons and payments from AlfaCRM and builds a report for the owner of a kids' center or school: where parents come from, how many reached a trial lesson, how many became clients and how much money reached the tills.
- The AlfaCRM email and API key are entered once and work in any project.
- Leads, clients, trial lessons and payments by branch and till.
- The center shares one report with Yandex Direct, VK Ads and Metrica, plus AI insights and branding (not on every plan).

AlfaCRM integration: you need your AlfaCRM address, a user email and that user's API key from the profile, with a role that can access the API module. Enter them once on the integrations page and pick a branch in the project. Leads, trial lessons and payments arrive on schedule as a link or PDF.
Kids’ center reporting on AlfaCRM data
Kids’ development centers, coding schools, dance and sports clubs sell through a trial class. A parent leaves a request, the administrator books the child for a trial, and after the lesson the family decides whether to buy a membership. AlfaCRM stores every step: the lead with source and status, the lesson, the client card and till payments. Reportkey reads them through the API and builds a section of a recurring report for the owner, a branch manager or an ads contractor.
AlfaCRM integration: email, API key and branch
API access in AlfaCRM is tied to a system user. You provide the CRM address, the user’s email and the API key from their profile; the role must allow the API module, and data is limited to that user’s rights. Reportkey exchanges these for a temporary token valid for an hour, so the CRM password is not needed.
Enter the details once on the integrations page and select the branch ID in a project; in a chain each branch is chosen separately. If the key is reset in the user profile, the connection is flagged for re-authorisation and project settings remain.
AlfaCRM lead sources and new clients
Leads and clients live in one list, each card with a creation date, a source from the center’s list and a lead status. The block shows:
- New leads created in the period;
- New client cards among them;
- Client share among new cards, the main channel quality signal;
- Breakdowns by source, lead status, branch and period.
The center maintains its own source list, such as search ads, Instagram*, word of mouth or a street sign. The report uses names as entered, so agree on one set of values for all administrators.
Trial lessons from request to class
The trial class is the bottleneck of any membership school. The block takes lessons, trials included, with date and status and shows trials scheduled and held by branch and period. Many leads but few held trials point to booking and reminders; many trials but few clients point to the lesson or the offer after it.
Lead-to-client conversion without a conversion date
AlfaCRM cards carry no conversion date, so the report counts how many leads created in the period are clients now. A fresh month shows lower conversion that grows as families buy memberships, which is worth explaining to the client in advance.
Payments by till and branch
Money comes from AlfaCRM till payments by document date: total, number of payments and average payment by branch, till and period. It is neither membership value nor accruals, only what went through the CRM till.
AlfaCRM and school ads in one report
Add Yandex Direct, VK Ads, the VK community, trial forms in Yandex Metrica and Callibri calls. See the in-house team demo report, similar niche systems on the CRM integrations page, and the 14-day trial on pricing.

Why teams connect AlfaCRM to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from AlfaCRM in client reports.
- Parents request a trial class, but the manager cannot tell how many attended and bought a membership.
- Every month the administrator exports AlfaCRM leads to a spreadsheet and groups them by sources she entered herself.
- The agency reports clicks and website requests while the center counts money in the till, and the numbers never meet.
The owner gets a weekly summary per branch: new leads by source, scheduled and held trial lessons, total payments and average payment. It shows at once where the funnel breaks between a request and a trial class.
The marketer shows the director which channel produces leads that turn into client cards. Yandex Direct spend sits alongside, so the budget discussion relies on clients rather than clicks.
Each school has its own project and AlfaCRM connection. The report goes out under the contractor's brand, and the school does not need to open the CRM to understand the month.
How AlfaCRM appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

New leads by source for the month, bars of scheduled and held trial lessons, client share among new cards and tiles for total payments and average payment.
Three steps to the first report
Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.
