MoySklad report: orders, shipments, and returns
Reportkey takes sales documents from MoySklad — customer orders, shipments, retail sales and returns — and puts them in the report next to advertising, so the client sees what was paid, shipped and returned, not only what was ordered.
- One MoySklad JSON API token for all of a client's projects.
- Orders, paid and shipped amount in separate columns, never treating orders as sales.
- Sales net of returns by channel and top products by profit.

MoySklad integration: a JSON API access token is created in account settings and entered once, then orders, paid and shipped amount, sales net of returns, sales channels and profit by product arrive in a scheduled report next to Yandex Direct and marketplaces.
MoySklad sales report for owners and agencies
MoySklad is a trade management service: stock, purchasing, customer orders, shipments, retail sales and returns all live there. Many online stores, wholesalers and marketplace brands treat it as the source of truth for sales while their marketing report is built from ad accounts. Reportkey joins the two pictures by reading sales documents through the JSON API and adding a trade results section to the recurring report.
The key trait of MoySklad is document-based accounting. Orders, shipments, payments and returns are separate yet linked, so the report has no single sales number: it shows ordered, paid, shipped and returned amounts, each on its own.
Connecting MoySklad with a token
Access uses a JSON API token, created in account settings under Tokens by a user who can view the relevant documents. In Reportkey you enter it once on the integrations page and it is checked immediately. Connections are stored centrally: if you serve several clients on MoySklad, each has their own connection and the project picks the right one. If a token is revoked, the connection asks for a new one and project blocks stay in place.
MoySklad customer orders report
The first block uses Customer order documents dated within the period:
- Orders — the number of customer orders.
- Order amount — the total of order lines.
- Paid — linked incoming payments.
- Shipped — linked shipments.
A daily, weekly or monthly split with a previous-period comparison shows whether order growth matches money and shipments. A gap between columns is a topic for the sales team rather than for advertising.
Sales and returns by channel
The second block covers actual sales: shipments and retail till sales minus customer returns, split by sales channel, a list the account maintains itself, such as website, retail shop, Ozon, Wildberries or wholesale. Sales net of returns reflect the period more accurately than raw shipments, especially for apparel and footwear with many returns.
A sales channel describes a business line, not an ad campaign; campaigns and tags stay in the ad accounts and web analytics placed next to it.
MoySklad profit by product
The third block lists top products by profit from the profitability report: revenue, cost and profit per item for the period. It helps an agency plan traffic toward items with healthy margins rather than simply the bestsellers. Profit depends on purchase prices being filled in; if they are missing, revenue is still correct but profit is overstated.
MoySklad next to Yandex Direct and marketplaces
MoySklad blocks usually sit beside Yandex Direct spend, VK Ads campaigns and website visits from Yandex Metrica. Marketplace sellers can add Ozon analytics, Wildberries and Avito Pro, keeping each platform separate while MoySklad holds the overall trade total.
Per-block AI insights and an agency logo are not on every plan. More accounting systems and CRMs are on the CRM integrations page, a finished example is the demo report, and trial terms are under pricing.

Why teams connect MoySklad to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from MoySklad in client reports.
- The ad report shows more orders while the warehouse sees no extra shipments, and nobody can put both numbers side by side.
- Customer returns are posted as separate documents, so the monthly summary always makes sales look better than they are.
- Profit by product has to be calculated from a separate profitability export because the marketing report does not have it.
Every week the marketer sends the owner a report: Yandex Direct spend, website visits and MoySklad customer orders with paid and shipped amount. It shows how many orders turned into money and shipments.
A brand sells in its own shops, online and on marketplaces. The sales channel on MoySklad documents splits revenue by line, and returns are subtracted in the same table.
A top products by profit table shows which items deserve traffic. The client stops asking to promote items that sell well but barely earn anything.
How MoySklad appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

Tiles for orders, order amount, paid, shipped and returns, a weekly chart and a sales channel table with shipments, returns and sales net of returns.
Three steps to the first report
Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.
