Connect a mailing service and send the client a recurring report: how many emails arrived, how many were opened and clicked, who unsubscribed and what SMS cost.

Ten sources: bulk and trigger email, multichannel CRM marketing platforms, transactional email and SMS. Each connects with an API key, a token or the credentials of your own server.
An email marketer, or an agency running a client’s mailings, answers the same questions every month: do the emails arrive, does anyone read them, do readers reach the website, are complaints rising. Reportkey gathers the answers from the mailing service into a section of a recurring report:
The client receives the document as a link or PDF. Agency branding and scheduled delivery come with a suitable plan (not on every plan).
For bulk campaigns the blocks look alike, and the differences are in the details. Unisender campaign opens and clicks count people who clicked straight away as openers too. Mailopost and NotiSend return delivered and undelivered emails, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and complaints per campaign. Mailganer daily stats and triggers export activity by day and, separately, the emails of each trigger. You take the API key from the service account and add it once.
CRM marketing platforms count more than emails. Mindbox mailing orders and revenue arrive by channel, from Email and SMS to Push and Viber, together with revenue per recipient and top mailings. Keep in mind that the summary report ties revenue to messages of the period on a last-click basis, while the trend report ties it to orders of the period, so the two blocks differ. The Altcraft channel summary puts email, push and SMS side by side and adds deliverability by mailbox provider. enKod one-off and automated emails come with subscriber base growth by group.
Order confirmations, password resets and status notices matter differently: nobody sells with them, they simply have to arrive. Unisender Go transactional delivery breaks down by day and status, with soft and hard bounces, opens and clicks. The service keeps events for a limited time, so Reportkey stores them daily and history starts from the moment you connect. It is a separate product with its own key, not the same account as Unisender bulk mailing.
SMS has no opens, but it has costs and carriers. SMSC spend and delivery shows messages and billable parts, delivery by status, carrier and region, total spend and average message price. Spend here means charges for sending, not an ad result. Clicks are visible only when the text uses short links.
Mautic emails, opens and form leads suit teams that run automation on their own server. Besides sends, opens, clicks and unsubscribes, the report takes form submissions: the leads landing pages brought in. Pixel-based opens get inflated by mail filters and privacy features in mail apps, so clicks are the sturdier signal.
Emails rarely live alone. The same document can hold ad platforms and spend, website visits and goals and calls and leads from call tracking. That way the client sees that after a send, visits from email and site goals went up, without a separate export from each service. A multichannel example lives in the in-house team demo report.
