Mailopost campaign report for clients
Reportkey pulls campaign statistics from the Mailopost API and builds a ranked email table for the client: deliveries, unique opens and clicks, unsubscribes and spam complaints per campaign, next to site visits and orders.
- One Mailopost API key, reusable in every project.
- Campaigns ranked by unique clicks and CTOR.
- Emails next to site visits and goals in one document.

Mailopost integration: paste the API key from Automation, API and SMTP once on the Reportkey integrations page, pick the account in a project, and the client receives a campaign table with opens, clicks, CTOR and unsubscribes as a link or PDF on schedule.
Mailopost report: which campaign actually worked
Clients rarely ask how many emails went out. They ask which emails people cared about. Mailopost keeps the answer on each campaign card, but comparing a month of campaigns means opening them one by one. Reportkey reads all campaigns at once and turns them into a table where emails sit side by side, sorted by result, delivered as a link or PDF on the day you choose.
This works best when email is content: product roundups, announcements, article digests. Each row is one campaign, and the gap between a strong and a weak email needs no explanation.
Connecting Mailopost
Copy the API key from the Mailopost dashboard under Automation, API and SMTP. Paste it on the Reportkey integrations page, where it is stored as a shared connection. An agency with several clients adds one key per Mailopost account and selects the right one in each project, then ticks the email block, sets the period and schedule.
The key is used for reading only. Reportkey does not create emails, edit contact lists or send anything. If the key is reissued in Mailopost, the connection asks for the new one and project settings stay intact.
Mailopost statistics per campaign
The Mailopost API returns the campaign list with a statistics object. The report uses:
- Delivered and bounced: accepted by the recipient’s mail server versus returned with an error;
- Unique and total opens: distinct readers and all opens including repeats;
- Unique and total clicks: reach and depth of interest;
- Unsubscribes and spam complaints: what a campaign cost the list;
- Sender and recipient count: address, name and audience size.
Repeat opens matter on their own: an email opened two or three times is being forwarded or revisited before a purchase.
Opens, clicks and CTOR: comparing campaigns fairly
Raw counts depend on segment size, so small campaigns always lose. Reportkey derives rates from the statistics: open rate is unique opens over delivered, CTR is unique clicks over delivered, CTOR is clicks over opens, plus the unsubscribe rate. CTOR best reflects the email body itself: the subject already did its job, and the content decides the rest. High open rate with low CTOR means the subject promised more than the email delivered.
When campaign numbers settle
Opens keep arriving in the evening, at the weekend, or a week later from the promotions tab. The report shows the state at build time, so emails from the last two or three days are still maturing. Campaigns that are still being delivered appear with their current values. The table describes campaigns, not every email event in a calendar month.
Mailopost next to the website and sales
Mailopost does not know what happens after the click, so pair it with sources that see the site: Yandex Metrica visits and goals, Google Analytics 4 conversions or Roistat end-to-end analytics for revenue. Comparing providers? The NotiSend report is built around list health instead. Branding, AI insights and scheduled delivery are not on every plan. Why teams connect Mailopost to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Mailopost in client reports.
- To find which of the month's five emails drove the most clicks, a marketer opens each Mailopost campaign card and copies numbers into a sheet.
- The client only sees a total open count and cannot compare a promo email with a content digest.
- Email clicks and website orders are discussed on separate calls, so nobody connects the two.
A product roundup goes out every Thursday. On Monday the owner sees which roundup earned the most unique clicks and, in the Yandex Metrica block below, how many tagged email visits reached the cart.
The agency ships two campaigns a week. The monthly report ranks them by CTOR, so the review meeting is about specific subject lines and formats worth repeating rather than a vague question about the email channel.
Brand news and sales-team emails go out from different addresses. Sender name and address come with every campaign, so the table shows whose emails people actually read.
How Mailopost appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

Rows are campaigns with the sender name; columns show delivered, unique opens, unique clicks, CTOR, unsubscribes and complaints. Top campaigns by CTOR are highlighted, with an email-traffic chart from web analytics below.
