Altcraft client report: every channel in one summary
Reportkey requests the Altcraft summary analytics report through the API and turns it into a client report section: sends, deliveries, unique opens and clicks, unsubscribes, complaints and bounces across email, push and SMS, by period, campaign and mailbox provider.
- Token and platform address are entered once and reused across projects.
- Email, push and SMS in one summary by day, week or month.
- Messaging shares one report with Metrica and ads, plus AI insights and branding (not on every plan).

Altcraft integration: enter an API token from the platform settings and your platform address, cloud or self-hosted, once; pick the connection in a project, and messaging results for every channel reach the client on schedule as a link or PDF.
An Altcraft report: one summary instead of many screens
Altcraft is a customer messaging platform with its own profile database, segments and flows. It is chosen by companies that need to keep data in-house: banks, insurers, telecom and large retail. It runs both in the cloud and on the customer’s servers. The platform has plenty of reports, but managers and clients want a short regular picture across all channels at once. Reportkey gets it from the Altcraft analytics API and builds a report section delivered on schedule as a link or PDF.
Connecting Altcraft: token and platform address
Analytics access requires an API token, created by a master user under Settings, Tokens. The token’s role and group decide which objects it can see. Agencies benefit from this: you can issue a token limited to one line of campaigns without exposing the whole platform.
The second value is the address: the cloud account for the hosted edition or the company server URL for a self-hosted install. Both are entered once on the integrations page and saved as a shared connection you select in a project. Reportkey only reads reports and never sends messages or edits profiles. If the token is deleted, the connection asks for a new one and project settings remain.
Multichannel messaging report
The Altcraft summary report returns metrics for three channels, each with its own logic.
- Email — sends, deliveries, opens and unique opens, clicks and unique clicks, reads, unsubscribes, complaints, hard and soft bounces, suppressed addresses.
- Push — sends, deliveries, opens and clicks on notifications.
- SMS — sends, deliveries, clicks and undelivered messages.
Altcraft also provides cross-channel totals and ready rates for delivery, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and complaints. The channel summary block places the three columns side by side with a trend by day, week or month, so you can see which channel is growing and which is losing reach.
Altcraft analytics by campaign
The same report can be grouped by campaign, message, list, segment or sender. For a client document campaigns and messages are usually enough: the email engagement block lists unique opens and clicks, open rate, unsubscribes, complaints and bounces per campaign, showing which messages earned a reaction and which only used up the list.
Email deliverability report by mailbox provider
The most useful block for a deliverability specialist is the provider breakdown. Altcraft groups recipients by mailbox provider and domain, so the report shows deliveries, hard and soft bounces and complaints per provider. If one provider starts filtering mail, it shows up in the next weekly report rather than a month after conversions fall.
What to keep in mind when reading Altcraft data
The summary covers messaging, not sales. Data visibility depends on token rights and the platform plan, so two tokens on one account may return different totals. Test and deleted objects are left out by default. A self-hosted server must accept API requests from the internet.
Altcraft next to the website and ads
To show what happened after the click, add Yandex Metrica goals and visits or Google Analytics 4 events, and money by channel from Roistat. Clients comparing automation platforms can look at the Mindbox revenue report. Why teams connect Altcraft to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Altcraft in client reports.
- Once a month the messaging team gathers email, push and SMS totals from different Altcraft screens and merges them into one slide by hand.
- A deliverability drop at one mailbox provider is noticed weeks later, because nobody carries the provider breakdown into the regular summary.
- Management finds too many breakdowns in the platform and asks for one page: how much went out, how much arrived, and what changed since last month.
Altcraft runs on the company's own servers and customer data stays inside the perimeter. Reportkey connects to the install address, and marketing receives a monthly channel summary plus a deliverability block by mailbox provider.
Marketing runs flows in the Altcraft cloud. A weekly report shows how many messages went out by email, push and SMS, how clicks moved and how many addresses bounced, next to website visits from Yandex Metrica.
The agency builds campaigns and segments in the client's Altcraft and reports on outcomes. A token with a restricted role sees only the relevant object group, and the report goes out under the agency brand.
How Altcraft appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

Three columns for email, push and SMS with sends, deliveries, clicks and delivery rate, a monthly trend below, and a deliverability table by mailbox provider with hard and soft bounces.
Three steps to the first report
Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.
