Unisender Go transactional email delivery report
Reportkey collects Unisender Go events every day and builds a transactional email deliverability report: how many emails were accepted and delivered, how many soft or hard bounced, how many were opened and clicked, by day, project and campaign.
- Daily delivery plus soft and hard bounces for transactional email.
- Daily accumulation beyond the provider's event retention.
- Breakdown by project, tag and campaign_id.

Unisender Go integration: enter a user or project API key in Reportkey once, choose the account in a project, and from that day Reportkey accumulates daily event statistics while a scheduled report shows delivery, bounces and engagement for transactional email.
Unisender Go report for product teams and clients
Unisender Go is a transactional email service: confirmation codes, password resets, order status updates, receipts and alerts that an application sends in response to a user action. The question here is not whether people liked the email but whether it arrived. When a receipt is missing or a login code lands in spam, the product suffers, not a campaign metric. Reportkey turns the Unisender Go event stream into a recurring deliverability report that a product manager, an executive or a studio’s client can read.
Connecting Unisender Go
Unisender Go offers two key types: a user key covers all projects in the account, a project key covers one. Pick the one that matches the report and enter it on the Reportkey integrations page, then choose the account and report blocks in project settings. Reportkey only reads events and never sends anything from your domain.
Do not mix up the products: Unisender for bulk campaigns and Unisender Go are different services with different keys and data. Marketing campaigns have their own Unisender report.
Transactional email deliverability by day
Unisender Go can build an event dump aggregated by day and status. The first report block uses it:
- Accepted and sent: emails the application handed over and emails sent to recipients;
- Delivered: accepted by the recipient’s mail server, with the delivered share of sent;
- Soft bounce: a temporary error after which Unisender Go keeps retrying;
- Hard bounce: a non-existent address or permanent rejection, best suppressed in the application.
The daily chart matters most on peak days such as a sale, a feature launch or a mass password reset. If sends tripled and the delivered share held, the infrastructure coped.
Opens, clicks, unsubscribes and complaints
The second block covers engagement by day. For transactional mail this is a secondary but telling layer. Falling opens on confirmation emails with steady delivery usually means mail is landing in spam or a promotions tab. Complaints about service emails suggest marketing is being sent as notifications, and mailbox providers notice.
By project, tag and campaign
If the account has several projects, for example per product or country, Reportkey can collect events across all of them and show each as a row. Tags passed at send time, such as signup, order or security, add another cut. A campaign split needs campaign_id in email metadata; without it, data is grouped by day and status.
Event retention and daily accumulation
Unisender Go keeps events for up to 45 days depending on the plan, and about a week on some plans, which is not enough for a month-over-month report. Reportkey fetches the previous day’s aggregate every day and stores it, so report history starts when you connect. Times are in UTC, and soft bounces from the last two days may still resolve, so the latest days are provisional.
Unisender Go next to product analytics
Unisender Go does not see what users do after an email. Pair it with Google Analytics 4 events, Yandex Metrica goals or Roistat when emails relate to orders. Branding and AI insights are not on every plan. See the in-house marketer demo report, other providers among the email marketing integrations, and pricing.

Why teams connect Unisender Go to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Unisender Go in client reports.
- Login codes and receipts go out by the thousand every day, yet delivery problems are discovered through support tickets.
- Unisender Go keeps events for a limited time, so this month can no longer be compared with the month before last.
- Developers read sending logs, while the product manager needs one clear weekly figure for the delivered share.
Email confirmation, password reset and login alerts all go through Unisender Go. A weekly report shows the delivered share and hard bounces, so the team spots a problem with one mailbox provider before users start writing to support.
Order status emails and e-receipts get opened more than marketing mail. The daily view shows sends rising during a sale and whether deliverability holds up.
The studio set up email sending and is responsible for its stability. A monthly report by Unisender Go project becomes part of the service report for the client, next to web analytics.
How Unisender Go appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

A chart of sent and delivered emails by day with a delivered-share line on top. Below, bars for soft bounces, hard bounces and complaints, and a project table with deliveries, opens, clicks and hard bounces.
