Wildberries sales funnel report for clients

Reportkey reads the product card sales funnel from the Wildberries analytics API and shows clients where shoppers drop off: card opens, carts, orders, buyouts and buyout rate for every item, next to external ads.

Sign up, add a seller token with the Analytics category and pick the store in a project. Your first report in 5 minutes.
  • A WB token with the Analytics category is entered once and reused across projects.
  • Card opens, carts, orders, buyouts and buyout rate for every item.
  • The WB funnel shares one report with VK Ads, Yandex Direct and Ozon, plus AI insights and branding (not on every plan).

TL;DR

Wildberries analytics integration: enter a seller token with the Analytics category once, pick the store in a project, and the card funnel (opens, carts, orders, buyouts and conversions) goes to the client in a recurring link or PDF report.

Wildberries sales funnel report for clients

A marketplace manager or agency shows the seller where shoppers drop off: how many opened the product card, added it to the cart, placed an order and finally bought it out. The usual routine is an export from Seller Analytics, a spreadsheet by item and a comparison rebuilt every week. Reportkey does this for you: it reads the sales funnel through the Wildberries analytics API and turns it into a section of a recurring report delivered as a link or PDF.

External ads and the brand website can sit in the same document, so the conversation covers the whole path from an ad click to a buyout.

Connecting Wildberries: a token with the Analytics category

Funnel access needs a seller API token with the Analytics category. The store owner creates it in the seller account under API access, selects Analytics and copies the token. Content, prices or supply categories are not needed for reporting, so there is no reason to grant extra rights.

In Reportkey you enter the token once on the integrations page. It is checked right away and saved as a shared connection available in every project. If you manage several sellers, each one has its own connection, and the client project uses the right store. Then you choose blocks and the period in project settings and set a delivery schedule. WB tokens expire and can be revoked; when that happens, the connection is flagged for re-authorisation and you update the token on the integrations page.

Card opens, carts, orders and buyouts by product

The sales funnel method of the seller analytics API returns metrics for every product card:

  • Card opens — how often shoppers opened the item; a measure of interest.
  • Add-to-carts — how often the item went into a cart.
  • Orders and order amount — placed purchases and their value.
  • Buyouts and buyout amount — what shoppers actually took.
  • Buyout rate — the share of orders bought out.
  • Add-to-cart and cart-to-order conversion — the two points where the funnel usually breaks.

Each row carries the WB item number, the seller’s SKU and the brand, so the funnel works both for the whole store and for single products, with the change versus the previous period next to each number.

Buyout rate and funnel conversions

Absolute numbers show scale; conversions show card quality. Low add-to-cart conversion with many opens usually points to price, photos or description. A gap between cart and order is often about delivery time or purchase terms. A low buyout rate is a question about the product itself or the expectations the card sets.

Orders are not buyouts

An order is an intention to buy; a buyout is a completed purchase, with cancellations, refusals and returns in between. Order amount is almost always higher, and that is normal. The report keeps both metrics separate and clearly labelled. Wildberries and Ozon also measure different things: WB reports a card funnel from open to buyout, while Ozon’s core metric is store orders, so the two belong in separate blocks.

Wildberries next to ads and a second marketplace

Add VK Ads campaigns driving traffic to WB cards, Yandex Direct budget and brand website visits in Yandex Metrica. For a second marketplace, add Ozon orders and top products; for classifieds, Avito Pro listing statistics. AI insights, branding and scheduled delivery are available, though not on every plan. Use cases

Why teams connect Wildberries to Reportkey

Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Wildberries in client reports.

Pain points
  • To show a seller where shoppers drop off, a manager exports the funnel from Seller Analytics and builds a table by item.
  • Orders and buyouts are easy to add up or mix in a manual table, and the client sees a number that does not match payouts.
  • External traffic from VK Ads and Yandex Direct is discussed apart from product cards, though the client cares about the whole path from click to buyout.
Wildberries
A marketplace manager with several sellers

Each client has a project with its own Wildberries store and schedule. Every week the seller gets the funnel for their cards compared with last week, and the manager spends time on conclusions instead of exports.

Wildberries
A seller running the store and ads

VK Ads spend and clicks sit next to the WB card funnel for the same period. You can see whether card opens grew after a campaign launch and at which funnel step shoppers leave.

Wildberries
An agency reporting on two marketplaces

The seller trades on Wildberries and Ozon. Both platforms go into one document as separate blocks with their own metrics, and the client compares trends without two dashboards.

How to connect

Three steps to the first report

Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.

01
Connect the account
Save the Wildberries connection once so the same datasource can be reused across recurring client reports.
02
Choose the reporting scope
Choose the Wildberries store or account that should supply sales, product, or listing data to the report.
03
Save the setup and generate the report
Keep the selected scope in the project and reuse the same report setup next time instead of connecting the source again.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about how the integration works in Reportkey today.

Which Wildberries token do I need?
A seller API token with the Analytics category. The store owner creates it in the seller account under API access; other categories are not needed for reporting. You enter the token once on the Reportkey integrations page and reuse it in every project.
Why is the order amount higher than the buyout amount?
Between order and buyout a shopper can cancel, refuse the parcel or return the item. Orders show demand, buyouts show what was actually bought. Do not add them up: buyouts are already part of orders, so the report keeps them in separate columns.
How fresh is the funnel data?
According to Wildberries documentation, the period report refreshes hourly and covers up to the last 365 days. Detailed daily history on the platform is shorter, so connect the store early and build reports regularly if you want long daily charts.
Are WB Promotion statistics included?
No. On-platform ad campaigns belong to WB Promotion with its own API. The card funnel shows the product's total result, including organic search and recommendations, and does not say how much came from ads.
How is this different from Seller Analytics in the WB account?
The account shows the funnel inside the platform interface, and some reports there require the Jam subscription. A Reportkey report is a client document: the funnel sits next to external ads and the website, with a previous-period comparison and scheduled delivery.
What if the Wildberries token stops working?
WB tokens expire, and the store owner can revoke one in the account. The connection is then flagged for re-authorisation: create a new token with the Analytics category and update it on the integrations page. The store and block selection in the project stay in place.
