Avito client report: listings, contacts and spend
Reportkey reads listing statistics from the Avito API and builds a client report: views, contacts, favorites and promotion spend by period and listing, in one document with Yandex Direct, the website and calls.
- The Avito account is connected once and reused across projects.
- Views, contacts, favorites and spend by day, week, month and listing.
- Avito shares one report with Yandex Direct, Metrica and calls, plus AI insights and branding (not on every plan).

Avito Pro integration: connect the Avito account once through Avito authorisation or the owner's API credentials, pick the profile in a project, and listing views, contacts, favorites and spend go to the client in a recurring link or PDF report.
Avito client report: listings, contacts and spend
An Avito specialist or lead generation agency reports to the client weekly or monthly: how many people opened the listings, how many contacted the seller and what promotion cost. The usual routine is copying numbers into a spreadsheet and sending screenshots. Reportkey does this for you: it reads listing statistics through the Avito API and turns them into a section of a recurring report delivered as a link or PDF.
Search ads, website leads and calls can sit in the same document, so the client sees the whole flow of enquiries, not just Avito.
Connecting Avito Pro
The report needs access to the Avito account that holds the listings. There are two ways to connect it: sign in through Avito authorisation and allow reading statistics, listings and profile, or enter the API credentials, Client ID and Client Secret, that Avito issues to the account owner. Only read access is needed: Reportkey does not edit listings or spend budget.
You connect once on the integrations page, and the account becomes a shared connection available in every project. If you manage several clients, each has its own connection, and the project uses the right profile. Then you choose blocks and the period in project settings and set a delivery schedule. If access is revoked on the Avito side, the connection is flagged for re-authorisation and you refresh it on the integrations page; project settings stay in place.
Views, contacts and favorites by listing
The official Avito statistics API returns seller listing metrics, and the report block is built from them:
- Listing views — how often listings were opened in the period; a measure of reach.
- Contacts — buyer enquiries to the seller; the key number for a client paying for leads.
- Favorites — delayed interest: the person saved the listing but has not written yet.
- Spend — promotion and placement costs for the period, including money and bonuses.
- Per-listing view — the same metrics for every listing in the account.
Statistics can be shown by day, week, month, by listing or as a period total, so one block holds both the overall trend and a ranking of listings that bring contacts versus those that only collect views.
Promotion spend and cost per contact
With spend and contacts side by side, cost per contact is easy to calculate and compare with last month or other channels. Two caveats apply: spend includes bonuses, so it may not match wallet top-ups, and contacts are unique only within a day. A buyer who writes on Monday and calls on Thursday counts as two contacts that week, so a monthly total is the number of enquiries, not distinct people. Explain this upfront to a client who checks Avito against a CRM.
History and data boundaries
The Avito statistics API keeps 270 days of history and limits call frequency per method, so connect the account early if you need year-over-year comparisons. Metrics not covered by the account’s plan are missing from the response, which means no data rather than zero. Avito Pro covers seller listings only; Avito Ads banner and video campaigns with impressions, clicks and CTR are a different product and are not part of this block.
Avito next to Yandex Direct, the website and calls
Add Yandex Direct campaigns and spend, website goals in Yandex Metrica and Callibri calls to the same report. If the client also sells on marketplaces, add Ozon orders and products and the Wildberries card funnel. AI insights, branding and scheduled delivery are available, though not on every plan. See a multi-channel example in the PPC agency demo report, browse all platforms on the marketplaces page, and check the 14-day free trial on pricing.

Why teams connect Avito Pro to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Avito Pro in client reports.
- Once a week an Avito specialist copies views and contacts from the account into a spreadsheet and then sends the client screenshots in a messenger.
- The seller asks what one Avito lead costs, but spend and contacts live in different parts of the account and are combined by hand.
- Listings, search ads and the website are discussed separately, so the client never sees the total flow of enquiries.
Each client is a separate project with its own Avito account and schedule. Every week the client gets listing views, contacts and spend compared with the previous week, and the specialist adds a note on what to change in the listings.
The marketer combines search ads, website goals, calls and Avito listings in one document. Management sees the total flow of enquiries and compares what a contact costs in each channel.
The report reaches the client as a link or PDF under the agency's brand. The client does not need access to the Avito account to see how many enquiries listings brought and what promotion cost.
How Avito Pro appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

Weekly views and contacts trend, total spend and a listing table with views, contacts, favorites and spend per listing compared with the previous period.
Three steps to the first report
Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.
