Hybrid report: spend, reach and conversions for clients
Reportkey reads Hybrid agency statistics and builds a report section from them: spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, reach and post-click and post-view conversions by day, campaign, banner and supply source.
- Hybrid client_id and client_secret are entered once; the token renews itself.
- Spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM and CPC by day, month, campaign and banner.
- Post-click and post-view conversions kept apart from Yandex Metrica goals.

Hybrid integration: enter the agency API client_id and client_secret once on the integrations page, choose the advertiser and campaigns in a project, and spend, impressions, clicks, reach and conversions reach the client as a link or PDF on schedule.
Hybrid reporting for advertisers
Hybrid is an ad platform with its own DSP that agencies use to buy display on external inventory. For a media buyer it offers many settings; for a client it produces many numbers. The advertiser expects a clear document: what was spent, how many people saw the ads, how many clicked and whether the campaign drove conversions.
Reportkey connects to the Hybrid agency statistics API and turns that data into a section of a recurring report, sent as a link or PDF on your schedule while the buyer spends time on optimisation.
Hybrid API statistics: connecting the agency
The agency API uses OAuth client credentials. Reportkey exchanges the client_id and client_secret for a 24-hour access token and refreshes it on its own. Hybrid support issues the credentials, and you enter them once on the integrations page. For agencies with several advertisers, each project selects its own campaigns, and the advertiser filter keeps one client’s rows out of another client’s report.
Statistics come from the split method with chosen fields, breakdowns and period. Hybrid pages results at up to a hundred rows and limits a request to two months, so a quarterly report is collected from several requests and shown as one table.
Spend, impressions, clicks and CTR by day
The main block uses the numbers a buyer checks daily:
- Spend, the total cost field for the period;
- Impressions and clicks, delivery volume and audience response;
- CTR, the click share of impressions;
- CPM and CPC, cost per thousand impressions and cost per click.
The day view shows campaign pacing, and the month view suits financial reconciliation. Check currency and VAT treatment of spend against your contract: the report shows the figure as Hybrid returns it.
Campaigns, banners and supply sources
The campaign breakdown compares placements, the banner breakdown ranks creatives by CTR and CPC, and the SSP breakdown shows which inventory sources carried traffic and at what cost. That is the agenda for the next call: which banners to keep, which sources to cut, where to move budget.
Reading reach and post-view conversions
Reach is the unique audience for a period and never adds up. Weekly reach is lower than the sum of daily reach, and campaign reach is lower than the sum across supply sources, so the report shows it per breakdown without a grand total.
Post-click conversions follow a click on the ad. Post-view conversions come from people who saw a banner, did not click and arrived later another way. Hybrid attributes both, so they will not match Yandex Metrica goals and should not be added to other channels’ conversions, since several systems may claim the same order.
Hybrid next to other ad channels
Display buying is more convincing in context. Add Yandex Direct campaigns, VK Ads and visits and goals from Yandex Metrica; if the client also buys programmatic elsewhere, place the Getintent block beside it. See all advertising integrations. Branding and AI insights are not on every plan. Browse the context agency demo report and pricing.

Why teams connect Hybrid to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Hybrid in client reports.
- A media buyer stitches the Hybrid report together from several exports: spend in one, conversions in another, reach in a third.
- The client asks how much each banner cost, and the export holds only IDs that someone has to match with names.
- Quarterly reports are assembled piece by piece because long periods are awkward to export.
The advertiser's project contains its campaigns only. The weekly report opens with daily spend and impressions, moves on to campaigns and banners with CTR and CPC, and closes with post-click and post-view conversions next to site goals.
For a brand buying reach, the headline is unique audience. The reach block shows it for the period and by supply source, and CPM beside it explains what a thousand contacts cost.
The client needs spend reconciled by month. The Hybrid month breakdown gives a total per month and campaign, and Reportkey assembles the monthly figures into one table without copy and paste.
How Hybrid appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

A combined chart of daily spend and impressions, a campaign and banner table with spend, impressions, clicks, CTR and CPC, two conversion columns for post-click and post-view, and a weekly reach tile.
Three steps to the first report
Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.
