CIAN report: views, leads and calls by property
Reportkey collects CIAN listing statistics through the API and shows a property owner or agency head how each property performs: search impressions, card views, favorites, leads, calls and the contribution of paid promotion.
- The CIAN access key is entered once and listings are discovered automatically.
- Impressions, views, favorites, leads and calls for each property and day.
- CIAN shares a report with Yandex Direct, the website and call tracking, plus AI insights and branding (not on every plan).

CIAN integration: the account access key is entered once on the integrations page, the account is picked in a project, and impressions, views, leads, calls by listing and promotion spend arrive in a scheduled report as a link or PDF.
CIAN report for property owners and real estate agencies
In real estate a listing report is part of the service. An owner who trusted an agent with selling or renting an apartment wants to know every week whether the property is being seen and whether anyone is interested. An agency head needs the same picture across the whole feed to decide where to change the price, photos or description. CIAN shows statistics in its dashboard, but one property at a time. Reportkey pulls them through the API and builds a recurring report section delivered as a link or PDF under the agency brand.
Connecting CIAN with an account access key
API access requires an account key. An agency obtains it from its CIAN account manager, and each account gets its own key. In Reportkey it is entered once on the integrations page; Reportkey then retrieves the account’s listings and the project only needs the account selected. If the key stops working, the connection is flagged for re-authorization and the project keeps its settings.
CIAN listing statistics from impression to lead
Daily statistics for each listing form a funnel:
- Impressions in search results.
- Views of the property card.
- Favorites showing deferred interest.
- Phone reveals and chat messages which CIAN adds up into leads.
- View-to-lead conversion as the key listing quality signal.
A property with many impressions but few views loses at the preview level: photos and price in results. A property with views but no leads loses on the card itself: description, layout, price per square meter. These are two different conversations with the owner, and the property table shows which one is needed.
How promotion contributes to impressions
CIAN splits listing impressions into base impressions and those earned by promotion. The promotion share answers a question owners often ask: is paying for a boost worth it? If promotion brings most impressions but leads do not grow, money buys reach without interest. If impressions and leads both rise, the budget is justified.
Calls by listing and employee
The CIAN call log provides the date and time, status (successful, busy, no answer), duration, tracking number and employee for each call. The report turns this into calls per property, the missed share, average duration and agent workload. Calls are linked to listings only after the newer call log method was enabled, so early calls have no property.
Paid listing promotion spend
CIAN reports pay-per-view promotion spend only for the current day: how much was spent and how many promoted views it bought. Reportkey saves this daily from the moment of connection, building a history of spend by property and day and the cost per view. The earlier the account is connected, the longer that history.
For an agency, CIAN is one of several inquiry channels. Next to it, show Avito Pro listings, Yandex Direct and VK Ads campaigns, website leads in Yandex Metrica and calls through Calltouch. See the in-house team demo report, other listing sites and marketplaces on the marketplaces and classifieds page, and terms on the pricing page.

Why teams connect CIAN to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from CIAN in client reports.
- An agent promises the owner a weekly report on the apartment, then sends screenshots of listing statistics through a messenger.
- A real estate agency head cannot see which properties in the feed collect leads and which sit for weeks with views but no calls.
- Listing promotion is charged every day, yet nobody adds up how much went to a specific property over a month.
The owner gets a weekly report: how often the listing was shown, how many people opened the card, saved it, called or wrote in chat. A conversation about lowering the price rests on numbers, not on the agent's impression.
The agency head sees a property table with impressions, views, leads and calls for the month. Properties with views but no leads need new photos or a price review, and calls by employee show agent workload.
Marketing combines CIAN, Yandex Direct and the website in one report, showing how many inquiries come from the listings platform and what paid promotion of units costs.
How CIAN appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

An impressions, views and leads funnel compared with last month, the promotion share of impressions and a property table with views, favorites, leads, calls and promotion spend.
Three steps to the first report
Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.
