TL;DR

Flexbe integration: the site domain and the API key from site settings are entered once, the site is chosen in a project, and leads by source, page and form, their statuses and online payments arrive in a recurring client report.

Flexbe leads report for your client

Flexbe is a website builder used for landing pages for services, events, courses and small catalogues. The result of such a site is not a cart order but a lead: a name, a phone number, a chosen package, sometimes a prepayment. Clients judge their contractor by leads, and leads are the hardest thing to match with advertising: forms on different pages, tags in different fields, statuses in the site panel.

Reportkey reads leads through the Flexbe API and builds a recurring report block from them. Ad spend and analytics data sit alongside, so the client follows the path from budget to enquiry in one scheduled document.

Flexbe leads by UTM source

Each Flexbe lead stores the tags the visitor arrived with, from utm_source and utm_medium to utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content, plus the entry URL. The report turns them into a table:

  • Leads by source and medium — how many came from Yandex Direct, VK Ads or a newsletter.
  • Leads by campaign — the key table for a PPC specialist.
  • Lead share — each tag’s contribution to the period’s flow.
  • No source — untagged enquiries on a separate row.

Pages and forms: which landing page collects leads

Every lead records the form name and the page where it was submitted. For sites with several landing pages this is the second key breakdown: which page collected the most enquiries and, inside it, which form, whether a first-screen quiz, a callback button or an order form at the bottom. When a new page version fails to collect leads, it shows within a week.

Lead statuses: new, in progress, completed

In the Flexbe panel a lead is new, in progress, completed, cancelled or deleted. The block shows the flow by status and leaves deleted leads out, since they are usually spam and duplicates. One caveat: people change statuses. If a manager never marks leads as completed, their share stays low even when sales happen, so completed leads describe follow-up discipline rather than sales.

Flexbe online payments

When the site accepts payments, a lead gets a payment record with an amount and a status: waiting, in progress, paid or error. Only paid leads count as money, dated by payment completion rather than form submission. The report shows paid leads, total amount and average payment, and can split them by utm_source to reveal which channel brings paying visitors rather than just phone numbers.

Exporting Flexbe leads without a spreadsheet

The manual routine is familiar: open leads, filter by date, copy into a spreadsheet, sort by tag, count. Reportkey repeats this on every build using the same rules, so week-over-week comparison stays consistent. The key lives on the integrations page; if it is regenerated in the site panel, you update it in one place.

Flexbe with ads and calls

Form leads are only part of the enquiries. Add Yandex Direct campaigns and spend, VK Ads, landing page goals in Yandex Metrica and Calltouch call tracking when clients also phone. If leads move on to a CRM, add amoCRM deals or Roistat end-to-end analytics. An agency logo, scheduled sending and AI commentary are not on every plan. The PPC agency demo report shows a finished document, site builders and stores are grouped under ecommerce reporting, and the 14-day trial is described on pricing.

Use cases

Why teams connect Flexbe to Reportkey

Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Flexbe in client reports.

Pain points
  • The PPC specialist sees conversions in Yandex Metrica, the client counts leads in the Flexbe panel, and the two numbers rarely match.
  • Finding the campaign behind each lead means copying enquiries into a spreadsheet and sorting them by tag by hand.
  • The client built five landing pages on the builder and cannot tell which one works and which only spends budget.
Flexbe
PPC specialist managing landing pages on a site builder

The client has several landing pages for different services, with tagged Yandex Direct traffic. Leads by utm_campaign sit next to campaign spend in the report, so budget reallocation takes minutes instead of an hour.

Flexbe
Studio selling events with prepayment

The website form takes payment right away. The owner sees not only registrations but how many were paid, for what amount and which source brought the paying visitors.

Flexbe
Small business without a CRM

Leads are handled directly in the Flexbe panel. A weekly report shows incoming enquiries, how many the manager marked completed and how many were cancelled: the first clear metric of sales follow-up.

How to connect

Three steps to the first report

Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.

01
Connect the account
Save the Flexbe connection once so the same datasource can be reused across recurring client reports.
02
Choose the reporting scope
Choose the Flexbe store or site that should supply orders, payments, or leads to the report.
03
Save the setup and generate the report
Keep the selected scope in the project and reuse the same report setup next time instead of connecting the source again.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about how the integration works in Reportkey today.

What do I need to connect Flexbe?
The site domain and an API key. The key is in the site control panel under API settings, where you can also regenerate it if the old one leaked. In Reportkey you enter the domain and key once on the integrations page, and after the check the site can be selected in a project.
Why do Flexbe lead counts differ from Yandex Metrica goals?
Metrica counts goal events in the browser, so ad blockers, repeat submissions and closed tabs affect it. Flexbe stores leads that were actually saved on the site server. A small gap is normal; a large one usually means the goal does not cover every form.
What happens to leads without UTM tags?
Only enquiries that arrived through tagged links carry tags. The rest go into a no-source group: direct visits, organic search, messenger links. A large group of this kind is a reason to audit ad link tagging.
How are online payments counted?
A lead counts as paid when its payment status is paid, and the date is taken from the moment the payment completed. Issued but unpaid invoices and payment errors are excluded from the amount.
How often are leads refreshed?
Leads are requested on every report build. Managers change statuses, so last week's report built on Monday reflects statuses at build time. The API returns up to a thousand leads per response and accepts up to a hundred requests per minute, which is plenty for a typical builder site.
