Adfox report: display campaigns for clients
Reportkey reads Adfox statistics through its reporting REST interface and turns commercial loads, clicks and CTR by day, campaign, banner and placement into a client report, next to Yandex Direct and Yandex Metrica.
- One Yandex ID sign-in gives Adfox access in every project.
- Loads, clicks and CTR by day, campaign, banner and placement.
- Display campaigns in one document with Yandex Direct and Metrica, sent on schedule.

Adfox integration: sign in once with a Yandex ID that has access to the Adfox account, pick the campaigns in a project, and impressions, clicks and CTR by day, banner and placement reach the client as a link or PDF on schedule.
Adfox reporting for advertisers
Adfox is the Yandex ad server that agencies, publishers and large advertisers use for display: banners on sites, day-by-day bookings, creative rotation. Its report builder is flexible but made for traffickers. An advertiser wants something shorter: how often the banners loaded, how many clicks they earned and where the placement worked best.
Reportkey takes over that routine. It reads Adfox statistics through the reporting REST interface, builds a section of a recurring report and sends it as a link or PDF on the day you choose.
How the Adfox statistics API feeds the report
Adfox builds reports asynchronously. Reportkey first requests metadata, meaning the metrics, groupings and filters your login may use. It then submits a report task with the chosen fields, period and a campaign filter for the project, waits for the task to succeed and downloads rows plus totals. You do none of this, but the flow explains two things:
- a large report takes a little longer than with search ad platforms, because Adfox queues tasks and allows at most three parallel tasks per account owner;
- column sets can differ between clients, since they depend on the role of whoever connected the account.
One request accepts up to ten metrics, ten groupings and ten filters, which is plenty for a client document.
Impressions, clicks and CTR by day and campaign
The block rests on three numbers Adfox returns for any campaign report:
- Commercial loads, labelled impressions in the report but counted by the Adfox method;
- Clicks on the banner in the period;
- CTR, the click share of loads as calculated by Adfox.
The daily trend shows how a flight progressed: steady delivery, a weekend dip, a CTR lift after a creative swap. The campaign split helps when several placements run at once and the client wants them compared.
Banners and placements: where display worked
The second part answers what to run next. Grouping by banner ranks creatives by CTR, and grouping by placement site shows where the audience clicks more willingly. Adfox names these groupings in each account’s metadata, so tables use whatever set your account exposes. For a publisher the same view argues the next sale: which slots on the site gave advertisers the best response.
Reading Adfox numbers correctly
A load is not a view. Adfox records that the ad code ran; it cannot promise the visitor scrolled to the banner, and viewability vendors will report less. Adfox clicks and Yandex Metrica visits also diverge, since some people leave before the counter fires and others block trackers. Compare trends, not absolute values. Times are Moscow time, and one request spans a year at most, so multi-year comparisons are collected in parts.
Adfox next to search and site analytics
Display rarely runs alone. Put the Adfox block next to Yandex Direct campaigns and site visits and goals from Yandex Metrica, and for reach work add VK Ads or Google Ads. All channels are listed under advertising integrations. Branding and AI insights are not on every plan. See the context agency demo report and pricing.

Why teams connect Adfox to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from Adfox in client reports.
- Every Friday a trafficker rebuilds the same campaign report in the Adfox interface, exports it to Excel and pastes it into the advertiser's deck.
- Display flights are judged on loads and CTR in one file while banner traffic lives in Yandex Metrica, so somebody joins them by hand.
- With a dozen advertisers in one Adfox account it is easy to send a client rows that belong to another campaign.
Each advertiser has a project filtered to its own campaigns. The weekly report shows loads and clicks across the flight, a split by creative and by placement site, and banner-tagged visits from Yandex Metrica underneath.
The site owner proves delivery to the advertiser: how many commercial loads the booking reached, the CTR of each banner and how the placement ran day by day. The document carries the publisher's logo.
Once a month the brand marketer shows leadership display support next to search: Adfox campaigns, Yandex Direct spend and on-site behaviour in one document instead of three screenshots.
How Adfox appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

A line chart of commercial loads and clicks by day with CTR on a second axis, followed by a banner table and a placement-site table with loads, clicks and CTR.
Three steps to the first report
Connect the account once, choose the reporting scope, and save the setup for recurring client reports.
