YooKassa payments report for your client

Reportkey reads a store's YooKassa payments and refunds and turns them into a client report section: how much money came in, what remained after fees, how buyers paid and how much was returned.

Sign up, add the store shopId and secret key and select the store in a project. Your first report in 5 minutes.
  • Payment amount and the net-of-fee amount shown as two separate lines.
  • Refunds are subtracted separately, so net receipts are visible for each period.
  • Payment methods such as card, SBP, YooMoney wallet and SberPay, each with its share.

TL;DR

YooKassa integration: the shopId and secret key are entered once on the integrations page, the store is picked in a project, and successful payments, net-of-fee amount, refunds and the payment method split arrive in a scheduled report as a link or PDF.

YooKassa payments report for businesses and agencies

Online stores, schools and service companies in Russia use YooKassa to accept payment for goods, courses, bookings and subscriptions. Its data answers the owner’s main question: how much did customers actually pay? Those numbers usually stay in the merchant dashboard while the marketing report is assembled from ad accounts and Yandex Metrica. Reportkey joins the two halves by reading payments and refunds through the YooKassa API and placing them in the same document as ad spend, delivered on schedule as a link or PDF.

Which YooKassa payment statuses count as money

A YooKassa payment has four states. It stays pending until the buyer completes checkout. With two-stage payments the money is first held on the card in the waiting_for_capture status, and the store decides whether to capture or release it. Money is received only in the succeeded status, while canceled means the payment failed or was voided.

The receipts block uses successful payments only and dates them by capture time (captured_at) rather than creation time. For stores with two-stage payments this matters: an order placed on Friday and captured on Monday lands in the week when the money actually became available.

Amount after YooKassa fees

The most common reconciliation question is why the report and the bank statement differ. Each payment carries amount, the buyer’s payment, and income_amount, the sum after the YooKassa fee. The report shows:

  • Successful payment total — the turnover the buyer sees on the receipt.
  • Net of fees — what the store keeps; the gap between the two lines is the period’s fee.
  • Average payment — turnover divided by the number of successful payments.
  • Change versus the previous period next to every number.

YooKassa refunds and net receipts

Refunds live in a separate API list and reference the original payment. They can be partial and can arrive a month after the purchase, so the report counts them in the period when they were issued. The block shows refund count, refund amount and net receipts, meaning successful payments minus returned money. For online schools with a money-back guarantee this is often the most useful line.

Payment methods: card, SBP, YooMoney

The payment_method.type field splits turnover by method: bank card, SBP fast payments, YooMoney wallet, SberPay, T-Pay and any other enabled method. The table lists payments, amount and share for each one, which helps decide whether SBP deserves a more prominent spot on the checkout page.

Cancelled payments and their reasons

A cancelled YooKassa payment stores a reason in cancellation_details: issuer decline, insufficient funds, expired waiting time or cancellation by the store. The block calculates the cancellation share and groups it by reason and payment method. A sudden jump for one method is a reason to check the checkout before the client notices lower revenue.

YooKassa API data caveats

  • These are payments from your client’s customers, not Reportkey’s own billing.
  • A payment is a money result, not an ad conversion; the traffic channel is unknown unless the site passes an order number or tags in metadata.
  • Payments flagged as test are dropped during the build.
  • Payment and refund lists cover the last three years.

YooKassa next to ads and web analytics

Money reads best next to what drove it. Add Yandex Direct spend and campaigns, VK Ads campaigns and website visits and goals in Yandex Metrica. To link a payment to its channel, use Roistat end-to-end analytics; if the project also takes payments through a second provider, add CloudPayments payments and declines. Branding, scheduled delivery and AI insights are available, though not on every plan. Use cases

Why teams connect YooKassa to Reportkey

Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from YooKassa in client reports.

Pain points
  • The accountant and the marketer quote different numbers: the YooKassa dashboard shows the payment amount, the bank account receives less, and the gap has to be explained every month.
  • Someone exports the payment register by hand and then filters out test payments, cancellations and partial refunds in a spreadsheet.
  • The agency reports clicks and leads while the client keeps asking a simpler question: how much money did the week bring?
YooKassa
Online school taking card and SBP payments

Every Monday the producer gets a summary of course payments, the share paid through SBP and refunds issued after the first lesson, placed next to the week's ad spend, so the budget talk is about money rather than clicks.

YooKassa
Agency running traffic for a service business

The client takes prepayments on the website through YooKassa. In the monthly agency report the payments block shows receipts and the average payment, while the Yandex Direct block shows spend, and the client sees both sides without access to ad accounts.

YooKassa
Small online store without separate accounting software

The owner has no time to open the payment dashboard daily. A weekly email shows net receipts after refunds, cancelled payments and the change versus the previous week.

02
Choose the reporting scope
Choose the YooKassa store or site that should supply orders, payments, or leads to the report.
03
Save the setup and generate the report
Keep the selected scope in the project and reuse the same report setup next time instead of connecting the source again.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about how the integration works in Reportkey today.

What do I need to connect YooKassa to Reportkey?
The store identifier (shopId) and a secret key from the YooKassa merchant dashboard, in the integration and API keys section. The store owner or an employee with settings access creates the key. You enter the pair once on the Reportkey integrations page and can then select the store in any project.
Why is the payment total higher than what reached the bank account?
YooKassa stores two amounts per payment: amount is what the buyer paid, and income_amount is what the store keeps after the YooKassa fee. Payouts to the bank account are a third value with their own schedule. The report shows the first two as separate lines and leaves payouts out.
Are test and cancelled payments included?
Test operations flagged as test are excluded. Cancelled payments are not counted as receipts but get their own block with cancellation reasons, which shows where buyers drop out before paying.
How fresh is the data and how far back does it go?
Payments are requested from the API when the report is built, so weekly and monthly reports include everything up to the previous day. YooKassa returns payment lists for the last three years, enough for year-over-year comparison.
Can I see which ad campaign produced a payment?
A payment knows nothing about campaigns by itself. A link appears only if the website passes an order number or a tag in the metadata field and a CRM or end-to-end analytics tool matches it. The YooKassa block shows money; traffic channels come from the neighbouring report blocks.
