Order report for an AdvantShop store
Reportkey reads AdvantShop store orders, with payment, statuses, checkout channel and line items by SKU, and shows the client where orders come from and how many turn into money.
- Sales channels: cart, one-click order, phone call, marketplaces.
- Cancellation share based on the cancelled flag in store status settings.
- Product ranking by SKU with units and amount for the period.

AdvantShop integration: the store address and the API key from the admin are entered once, the store is picked in a project, and orders, payments, cancellations, sales channels and top products arrive in a scheduled report as a link or PDF.
AdvantShop sales report for store owners
AdvantShop is a Russian ecommerce platform with built-in order handling: catalogue, cart, payment, marketplace feeds and a manager workspace in one admin. It is popular with stores where a large share of orders comes not through the cart but by phone or one-click checkout, and a manager takes them through to payment.
For such stores, a report built on online conversions alone badly underestimates advertising. Reportkey pulls orders straight from the AdvantShop API across all channels and statuses and places them in the report next to ad campaigns and website analytics, delivered to the client on schedule.
AdvantShop store analytics: orders and average order value
The top block summarises the period:
- Orders — count per day, week or month by order date.
- Order amount — including delivery, coupons and redeemed bonuses.
- Average order value — amount per order.
- Previous-period comparison next to every number.
An AdvantShop order stores delivery cost, coupon discount and bonus amount separately, which explains a lower payable average order with an unchanged basket after a loyalty programme launch.
Paid and cancelled orders
Placing and paying are separate in AdvantShop: an order gets the paid flag and a payment date when money arrives, and the payments block is dated by that moment.
Cancellations come from the store’s status list. Every AdvantShop status has cancelled and completed flags, including statuses the store created itself, so statuses like “customer changed mind” or “out of stock” all count toward the cancellation share. Rising cancellations with steady order flow usually point to assortment or pricing rather than traffic.
AdvantShop sales channels
Each order records how it was placed: website cart, one-click purchase, phone call, marketplace and other channels the store uses. The channel block shows orders and amount for each. It is not ad attribution, since the order API carries no UTM tags, but it answers another important question: what share of sales goes through managers and the phone.
Exporting AdvantShop orders: products by SKU
Line items hold SKU, name, price and quantity. The report ranks products for the period by units and amount, grouped by SKU so similarly named products do not merge.
AdvantShop API data limits
- Order amount and payment are separate; only orders with the paid flag count as money.
- The order channel is the checkout method, not a campaign.
- The API key grants full store access, so store it like a password.
AdvantShop with ads and calls
If some orders come by phone, add Calltouch calls next to the AdvantShop block, and for traffic add Yandex Direct campaigns, VK Ads and Yandex Metrica. To tie orders to specific ads, use Roistat end-to-end analytics; if the store feeds marketplaces, add the Ozon Seller orders block. Why teams connect AdvantShop to Reportkey
Real reporting jobs, typical pain points, and the outcomes teams get from AdvantShop in client reports.
- Orders arrive from the website, by phone and from marketplaces, yet the agency report shows only online conversions.
- Managers cancel orders using their own status names, so the cancellation rate cannot be counted without an export.
- Bonuses and coupons reduce the amount paid, but the monthly summary never reflects it.
Buyers order through the cart, one-click checkout, by phone and via marketplaces. The channel block shows orders and money from each, so the ad discussion includes phone orders, not just the website form.
Buyers compare for a long time and often call a manager. Next to Yandex Direct the report shows AdvantShop orders, paid orders and the cancellation share, so the client judges traffic by sales instead of clicks.
Bonuses are redeemed at payment. The report shows paid orders, their amount and what went to bonuses and coupons, while the SKU ranking shows what regular customers buy.
How AdvantShop appears inside the report
The report keeps the familiar Reportkey layout: source sections and period comparison.

Weekly order bars, a paid amount line, a sales channel donut and a top SKU table with change versus last month.
